ClearFlow Systems

ECE ClearFlow Systems provide rugged construction in a compact design to treat a variety of waste streams from emulsified oils, waste ink, metal bearing wastes, latex, textile wastes, equipment wash water for recycling or discharge to sanitary sewer.  Our systems are constructed of 304 stainless steel that provides compatibility with any contaminant potential within the waste streams processed.  These fully automated system will treat up to 1200 gallons per hour while controlling all functions of the operation using state of the art automation that monitor processing consumables to ensure that each batch is processed with minimal potential for untreated waste water being discharged without proper processing.  Using fully adjustable Variable Frequency Drives on all critical operational motors allows our systems to be "tuned" to treat the waste stream efficiently, controlling cost per gallon treat ability down to .001 cents per gallon.
